video phone vendor

I am looking for a video phone vendor that sells phones that I can connect medical peripherials to. I was using Scotty but they closed their US office last week.

Are you connecting to the video input of the Video phone?
Is the medical device image static or live video?
Here is a solution that I can think off.

1. Use a telephone for Voice communication
2. Have a PC with video capture card, and install the enterprise software of www.ancientlab.com This will stream live video feeds.
3. or if the medical device is a static display on a PC, then you can download from www.ancientlab.com the trial version. It will stream your PC screen at 1440x1024 VGA to your farsite or multiple sites.
