POLYCOM VSX 7000e ISDN connectivity

Hi all,
I am from India and facing an issue with VSX 7000e with regarding to ISDN connectivity, with IP it is working normally.

We are using 3 ISDN lines ( TATA ) for connectivity and ISDN switch protocol is AT&T 5ESS multipoint as priscribed by provider. When ever we are connecting, particularly to SONY PCS-1 V.C system, we were not received video/audio.When we changed the ISDN protocol to Standard ETSI Euro-ISDN, call is not at all establishing...

We swapped the ISDN brick, swapped lines, but no change....

We swapped the system i,e instead of VSX 7000e we used VSX 7000 it is working normally....

Soft ware version of VSX 7000e is 8.0.3.....

Any body having any suggestions........with thanks in advance...

Hi,

It might be that the ISDN module of the VSX7000e is faulty as you are saying that the VSX7000 work with no problem.

You can also before changing the ISDN module, flash the system and reload the software.
