Hi this is Daljit here

I am facing an audio problem with VSX 7000e,
when I am connecting a VC call point-to-point it's working fine
but whenever I am trying to do a multipoint call, the audio getting muted in all the three sites, whereas the video remains normal.
I have tested the audio call rate during a Point - to - point call it is showing 56k speed, I am connecting the site-1 Polycom VSX 7000e & in Site - 2 we are having a sony VC.

We are using TATA ISDN Lines.

looking for immediate response..............

what isdn switch ur using? i think ur from indian u have to choose AT & T switch( i am not sure). For this better u can check with ur telco guy which switch they are using. Generally in india we are using EURO ISDN.If its take 56k then this is the switch prob?.

Let you update your issues or solved or not...

Hi Senthil

Thanks for the respone.

We are facing this problem while connecting sony VC as one of the end point in a Multipoint call, Whereas if we do a Multipoint Call with Polycom VC in all the sites , There is no problem of Audio & Video everything is normal.

any suggestions on this....................

Daljit,

What is the point to point call status at different Bandwidth ? ( BW sony and Polycom). at what bandwith you r trying P2P and multipoint? Check the "status" during call, and try to chage the audio protocols, it will work..
