We have a Tandberg 6000 and lately it has been rebooting constantly. We use IP and ISDN. Now the question I have is if 1 of the ISDN lines are bad will it cause the system to reboot? We will be getting our lines checked to be sure as we have not used them in about 6 months as we mostly use IP for our videoconferencing and before shipping the unit back to Tandberg I thought I would ask here first.
So any and all help is appreciated.
Thanks,
SeanC

In short, yes that can cause a codec to reboot. Try just unplugging the NT-1 before you disconnect the lines altogether first.
If that doesn't help, give the Tandberg TAC a call, they'll probably want a syslog so that might help to have already.

If it reboots, you should also grab the event.log file off the system through FTP. Get that file along with a syslog when it boots and open up a ticket with TAC. These will help us understand what is going on when the system boots and lead us to the solution.
