Polycom PVX compatibility

Hi.
Is Polycom PVX application compatible with Aethra, Tandberg and other VC systems? Our budget is low and I am trying to use PVX in a PC and use the videoprojector and our audio mixer to perform some VCs in a room with 15 places.
Can I achieve H.323 compatibility? I know that data sharing (People&Content) will be almost impossible.

PVX compatible for all major vendor product and instead of P+C you can use H.239 which is standard for Dual video stream between codecs.
