I work in a corporate environment, and have some upset customers over this.

I have a Tandberg Classic 6000, running B10.2, 768k max ISDN, and TMS set to alert myself when the ISDN line goes down. It is not giving me an indication of fault.

The PRI line was recently installed, but it replaced an existing PRI circuit that was an internal phone switch provided, changed to a Verizon PRI). The wiring was not replaced, but the wiring termination was changed to support the new line (pairs flipped). The Codec is set to hunt High on outbound. The unit makes calls, and receives them without problems when the PRI is up.

Right now, I have to reboot the unit about every day and a half, and the PRI becomes active again. I have called in to VZ support, and each time, they have found no issues.

Thanks

There must be some log messages being generated at the time of failure. Any success in capturing any?

This sounds alot like the issues I described in my thread, with the exception mine started at a specific time and escallated from there. We think we have isolated the issue to the Telco switch. Of course the Telco is not saying it's them (SBC, Ameritec, AT&T).
