Apple OSX & Windows clients

Hello, I need some help and opinions about software H323 clients for Apple OSX pc. We have Tandberg (endpoints, GK and isdn gateway) and we are looking for a sw client solution (H323) to integrate Mac OSX and Windows clients.
Any suggestion will be very appreciated.

Check out xMeeting for the macs.

I tried xMeeting but it lacks on H264 support.
I appreciate very much open source software, but I'd like also to evaluate "commercial" SIP and H323 clients.
