I was wondering if you are able to install Tandberg See&Share on the Tandberg 1u TMS appliance? And if anyone has run into any problems doing this before.

To begin with I do not believe you are supposed to load anything on the TMS appliance box. You should check to see if this might cause problems with your service contract.
