Polycom MGC Manager 9.0.1.6 & Vista

Hello all

I have been working with VC equipment for a couple of years now and last friday I took the plunge into the MCU side with a Polycom MGC 50...

I have a Vista laptop with MGC manager installed. About 25 seconds after I log into the MCU the MGC manager software crashes... see below....

The laptop I am using is connected back to my office via a VPN link. I manage a number of serves on the network so I am sure it's not the VPN, after all I am able to login.

It works fine on my XP machine at my office.

Anyone else have this problem?

Vista is not mentioned. Have you opened a case with Polycom to get their response?

No current support for any build of MGC Manager with Vista. Submit those feature requests...

I am using Vista with the MGC manager version 8 on a MGC50 and have had no problems. I only use it locally, not via remote.
Unlikely but perhaps its version 9. Can you get an older version as a test?
