Hello All,
This is the first time I've posted on this site so please bear with me if I don't give all the information needed.
The problem I'm having has to do with a new LifeSize room endpoint connecting with a Tandberg 16+16 MCU. The calls are IP and the LifeSize does an initial connection with the Tandberg MCU and then sits in the connecting state for about 2 minutes until it eventually times out and drops. The same thing happens when the Tanberg MCU calls the LifeSize room. I can call any endpoint I've tried with success from the LifeSize but cannot connect to the Tandberg MCU.
The techs at LifeSize have analyzed a dump from the failed calls and tell me the Tandberg is only offering H.261 video which the LifeSize does not support. My guy that runs the bridge says they have H.264 enabled but it (and H.263) never seems to get offered to the LifeSize. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
