Polycom ViewStation Factory Default command

I inherited an old VS H.323 that has a Management password installed that is not wiped when I reloaded the current software.

Is there a procedure for doing a factory default reset of the unit that will wipe this management password?

If you wish, please PM with the procedure to keep from releasing this info on the board.

You can find your answer in the Knowledge base on Polycom.com. Basically, it's going to the diagnostic side of the web interface (which you should be able to get to without the Admin password) and then do a system reset (and check the box for "system settings"). This should put the box in a "factory" state.
