I am currently running MGC 100 ver 9.0, just upgraded from 7.5. I have numerous vsx7000e`s all on codec version 8.7. When I run a conference with all of the endpoints ( 15) There are no issues. When we have a conference using the Visual Conference Unit , the presenter will hit the blue button on the visual concert and the content will broadcast out to the endpoints but aboout every 5 sec they need to hit the visual concert button again. When they do this I can see a video synch loss on all endpoint for a few seconds. After a few attempts one of the endpoints goes into secondary connection and they lose video, but not audio. This happens to any endpoint so it is not one in specific. When I check the dissconnection cause on the unit it will say: "New Conference H.264 MBPS 1485 not compatable. This only happens when using any of our visual concert. Any Ideas would be really appreciated.

Try to disable H.264 protocol on MGC to force all codecs to negotiate a lower protocol.

I read something about an incompatibility between H.264 and the Content Channel, but I think it was about some old versions, I'm not sure.

Anyway, its not hard to try.

Is this H320 or H323 conference? Consider forcing the conference video at H263.

H:239 is different for a Visual Concert or a Image Share. Have you tried forcing the video to H:263?
