Hi,
I am working on a project to re-write the TMS documentation for our company. Its been frustrating.
I can't even seem to perform a search with the TMS online help. For example, when I enter a word like "master", the topics returned don't include the "New Conference" topic. But when I search the "New Conference" text there are several occurances of "master".
Does anyone have any ideas about how to improve the documentation? For me, as a novice, I don't see any definitions of terms like "meetings" "conferences" "systems" "end points" etc.
Also, like many software applications there are several displays of the same information, for example "tickets" in the Conference Control Center, the Ticketing Log, and the Ticketing Service. Would it be better to document "tickets" in one place, or should I include duplicate "ticket" content whenever a page shows tickets?
