I'm not sure how old this post or forum is but I thought I would try it.

We have a Cisco Call Manager, VT advantages, a Cisco GK and a bunch of Tandberg units. The TB's are all registered to the GK and everything works fine on that side.

I've setup the trunk, and gatekeeper on the CCM. Also I've setup the route group, route pattern and route list on the ccm. The technology prefixes are defined and the zones are defined on both. There is no zone prefix defined however.

Calls from any VT advantage to a Tandberg unit works excellent, no issues. When I make a call from the tandberg unit to the VT I get either A) No route to destination or B) Connected at 16k! So no video and no audio except an alien type of screaming!

At one point this worked from the Tandberg to the VT but now it doesn't and I didn't think I changed anything.

Anyone have any ideas, Sean any clue?

Thanks

Chris

...Sean any clue?

The suspicion is you do not have a translation pattern created from the CCM.

Hmm I'm unaware of any translation pattern. I know I never created one but there could be one there from before, where should I look for this?

send me an email at sean.lessman@tandberg.com. I have some screen shots that might help.

I have also this setup and audio calls between an IP phone and a Tandberg endpoint work fine but no video is displayed. Video works fine between 2 IP phones but not over the H.225 trunk between the Tandberg GK and CCM.

Is there some simple configuration I need to add?

- I haven't supplied any information as am hoping for a simple fix :-)

This is a problem with support for h.264 on the cisco callmanager. you will have to disable h.264 on the tandberg EPs. Unless of course anyone has a fix action for this.

I have never had to disable H.264 in the past. Is this something new you have come across?
