Hi!

This is my first post here and I've seen many interesting questions. I guess mine will be too newbie, sorry :o

I have a teacher who is using Dim Dim to send video and PPT to her students. She works from Bolivia and is quite happy with this service, but now needs to add a second teacher, from Miami.

The problem I have is that Dim Dim can have more than one "microphone", but only one camera at the same time. I would like to stay on opensource solutions, since I'm providing the service from my own servers and can't charge her too much (so forget WebEx :D ). Have any of you done something similar to this?

TIA,
Pablo

Hi.....I personally feel instead of using such web/video conferencing softwares, you guys should use a web conferencing appliance like RHUB - http://www.rhubcom.com/

It is a very inexpensive appliance and unlike other web conferencing softwares there are no monthly fees which makes your annual expenses come down considerably. Also multiple users can join in the meeting easily without having to download anything and also it runs over any firewall or anti-virus softwares you may have.

Given your requirements, I personally feel RHUB is the best solution for you.

Cheers,
Ash
