TB MXP startup errors

Anybody encountered the following startup error messages on a TB MXP (3000) after moving it from one room to another? Ideas as to the cause?

Hi Joe,

This is known issue with the T3000MXP. Unfortunately, you'll need to RMA the unit so has to resolve.

Hi Joe,

Unfortunately this is a hardware fault that can only be resolved back at the factory, so DRI is correct in saying you will have to send it back in for repair.
