Hi
I´m having a problem setting up a connection between a Tandberg Edge and a polycom endpoint. When I make the call ( Either way) on 768kbps the polycom automatically adjust the speed down to 64kbps, this results in that the polycom do not receive the picture and only sound. The Tandberg Sends and received picture and sound at 768kbps. This connection is directly between to endpoints and the Tandberg is not behind a firewall, the polycom is configured in a VPN-network. I´m hoping that anybody can give me some tips on what causes this or any tips on how to test any limitations in the network.
