During a multi-sites vtc last night was facing several problems with this message showing on (title) every 15 minutes after rebooting the system.
this is the scenario: about 12 sites from Europe and U.S. dialed into the Pensacola Hub everyone using a different dialing number at 128kb speed rate i dialed in 20 minutes Head the conference start time and got a good connection for 20 minutes after which the "corrupted date received" message showed up but the connectivity was still OK as i check system info. the system tried to reestablish incoming video as i lost video from far end while the audio
was OK but at the end the audio dropped also so i had to redial.
this happened about 3 times every 15 minutes. the last redialing was OK till the end of the vtc. I called the Hub in Pensacola and they said that the cause was bad wheater as Naples ,and Rota, and Souda-bay all mediterranean regions had problems also.
Did not feel sure about the answer is there anything else i can check on my system log beside the message? system is TB-6000mxp 3 ISDN lines up to 384kb dial-up access H.320.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks Nello.

Sounds like you are having some serious issued with your ISDN lines. The codec is informing you that is is receiving errored bits on the ISDN line. There are a number of things that can cause this but unfortunately only the ISDN provider can diagnose and fix the issue.

Sean,
Thanks for your response.
Since i am working closely with Telecom Techs. could you point me in the right direction for troubleshooting this issue on the ISDN lines?
Thanks again.

Try this: http://www.vtctalk.com/showthread.php?t=26939
The above thread will give you plenty to go to the telecom provider with.
I had this issue about six months ago. Like Sean said, an issue with the ISDN line. Somewhere along the path, the data channel is getting corrupted. Could be one of your BRI lines, or one of the PRI's that they are using on their bridge.
Has this issue occurred with any other calls from this endpoint?
If the bridge op was stating that the other regions were having the issue, were all of those calls located on the same PRI of the bridge?
Let us know how it works out.

Shawn,
Thanks i went thru your thread and now i know from where to start with.
To answer your question this issue occurs only 1 or 2 times a month when the Navy Commands connect Thur the Pensacola Hub any other calls from this endpoint is OK!!.
The bridge was stating that other regions were having the issue but not sure if the calls were located on the same PRI of the bridge. i will find out.
OK Guys time to start working on this!!!!! thanks for all your help i will keep you informed soon is possible.

Sounds like the Bridge Op needs to take a look at the logs from the call to pinpoint the issue. My guess is that it is somewhere in the last leg of the circuit to the bridge.
Gotta love ISDN!
Let us know if you need assistance, there are folks here who work for the Telcos that can assist.

SEAN, SHAWN,
Hi guys just want to update you on the issue i had time ago.
Finally we got together with 3 other sites and the HUB in Pensacola to troubleshoot the corrupted data received i had on my system.
The Hub operator find out in about 1 hour connectivity that the Souda-bay site showed while connected with us 300 Sync.Errors Naples showed about 3 errors and Sicily 16 errors. we left Souda-bay out of the call and everything worked out fine no Errors. Today we tested all again while the HUB OP. was changing Souda-bay connection port.Guess what errors Sync. on Souda-bay went down to 50. Still higth but much better as i did not drop out.
On my site while i was connected i check the channels status and discovered that on a 128k call will only connect a single B channel in line #1 and a single b channel on line #3. Spid number are ok could that be also an issue related to my 16 Sync.Errors showed ?
Thanks for your help!!
Nello.
