Hi. I have a H323 Tandberg network with Tandberg Gatekeeper. We are installing a new Cisco voip network with Unified CM 6.0. I am trying to get the call setup working between the T1000 and the 7985.
I have a trunk setup on the CM to the GK. The trunk has technology prefix as 1#* with zone DefaultZone and GK address and Gateway mode. GK sees the trunk and list it as a Gateway under registrations
I also have setup on the CM a routing parameter and can make a call from the 7985 to the 1000 audio only. The T1000 says that there is no incoming video.
I can not make a call from the T1000 to the 1#*<7985 number> at all (no audio or video)
So any thoughts? THANKS!
