Hey there,
I've recently installed the Visual Concert VSX hardware on our Polycom VSX 7000a. I have followed the diagrams given to me in the packaging and can successfully display conent on my polycom, but the quality isn't what I had hoped for. I've gone into the admin settings and made sure that the configuration favors content instead of people. I have also made sure that I'm set to run at a resolution of 1024x768 with 75mhz. Reluctantly, the mouse is very slow to move and the content is difficult to read. The shots are very sketchy, not something my customers could efficiently use. I'm surprised to see that the ony cord powering the visual concert brick is a small cord as thin as a mic cord that plugs into a jack with a mic label on the side of it. I would have thought it would require something a little more robust.
Any ideas on how I can increase the quality of my Visual Concert VSX?
Thanks in advance,
Dan
