It just means that no one likes looking at "ALL CAPITALS" - IF I WAS WRITING LIKE THIS, IN ALL CAPITALS ALL THE TIME, for example. It's just very annoying looking at, and since you want to sell something I suppose that you don't want to annoy people when they are reading your post?
