Fully High Definition Network?

Hi folks;
Has anyone upgraded their entire video network to be 100% High Definition yet?
If so what is the user feedback on going from standard definition to High Definition?

we are in the process, but still in the tire kicking phase. We have installed an entirely seperate network, specifically for video, and set it up with MXP endpoints. the few systems we had prior to this were VERY old, so of course the people love it compared to what the have.
