Radvision MCU and MVP issues

I recently upgradred my VTC suite port capacity from 24 ports to 172 using all SCOPIA hardware from Radvision. I am running conferences and at any given time video is dropping out. The audio maintains fine but video gets lost. When I check the MCU event log it says MVP host lost and gives me the IP of the MVP card with the issues. After hours of troubleshooting i have seen that there is no one partcicular card with the problem it is the same on all of them. If you could help or have seen this problem i would appreciate it. This is the known issue with RAD Scopia ...??? Because me too had faced the same problem?? Is it running with ver 5.5?? In event logs u can see "MVP lost” ??...Looks like MVP re-booted...Please get in touch with RAD - Support to resolve this issue....

Indeed, this is good old issue. Has nothing to do with MVP reboot usually. They (MCU+MVP) just lose connection with one another during high load.
You should talk to their Support people, maybe there's a fix.
