Black square with "Video Mute On / Off"

When switching between computer presentation and the video on Tandberg 880, the far side (Polycom 8000) displays a large black square saying "Video Mute On" or "Video Mute Off" for about 10 seconds each time. The actual mute on either system doens't seem to affect it. This makes videoconference impossible. Has anyone come actoss it by any chance? Thank you

Are you using a Polycom MGC? We have had a problem with our MGC 50 video muting our Tandberg 6000 endpoints. Only solution we have found is to disconnect and reconnect. I have a hunch there may be a momentary glitch in the network that kicks the the MGC into mute mode. This started when we did a software upgrade up to Ver 8.

May want to check what the screen video resolution is set for of the computer that is sending the PC presentation graphic...
