We are unable to connect our VSX systems across our WAN.
There are no firewalls involed in the connection. Only routers will no ports being blocked.
Older Viewstions, FXs, and VS4000 do still connect across the WAN, it is only the VSX systems that can't connect.
Sometimes the VSX units will connect but only for a few seconds before they disconnect.
The use of a Gatekeeper will connect the VSX units, but on side will only see a black screen and no audio.
Any help?
Thanks

Do you know that for a fact or is this something that was told to you?
...will only see a black screen and no audio.
Sounds a lot like a firewall issue. VTC requires a handful of layer 4 ports to communicate. If just one is restricted or blocked, either by a firewall or some sort of application proxy, the result is going to be no connection, or connection but no video/audio etc.
The quickest route to solving this is get your IT person involved (if you are not a techie), figure out what layer 4 ports the Polycom uses (their knowledge base on their website should help) and packet sniff the call. If packets on on the wire at one side, and don't come off the other side, there has to be something in the middle.

I know for a fact There Are No Firewalls and No Ports being blocked on the routers.
The thing that gets me is the older polycoms work fine but the newer VSX systems don't. The packets of the VSX must be some what different from the VS.

What have the log files on both systems showed while the calls are failing?

The older Polycoms use H323 Version2, most of the newer VSX's and HDX's use H323 version4. One thing you can try is to put your VSX into basic mode... (Go to System > Admin Settings > Network > Call Preference> select basic mode) and try the call again. This will at least help narrow down your issue.
