Hi All

We use a Polycom VS8000 for our video coference calls abroad to especially European countries, we carry out alot of recordings but the way we do this is setting up a conference call at the same time as the video conference whilst swithching off audio from the codec and using the conference call bridge to record the two/3way conversation. Does anyone know of a different and more effecient way of carrying out the recording?

Polycom RSS2000 is one solution. Records entire conference, audio, video and presentation if used.

This Polycom Rss 2000 sounds expensive...? but i'll explore it neavertheless, Senthil- at the moment we call out over a teleconference call as well as a video conference call, we turn off the sound on the video call and get a third party bridge to record over telecoference call.....thanks for your feedback guys, if you can think of anything else which might be of relevence please feel free to post.
