TMS "Primary System"

Ok...I know I'm missing something easy here...

TMS 11.8 - The option to set a primary system for myself or anyone else is greyed out in the user options. I am the sole site administrator. How can I set it?

I belive you need a Licence for the TMS to activate it.

Really?! That doesn't seem like a feature that would require an additional license. Oh well, it's not that important anyway.

I belive the optional licence WAS used for the built in Scheduler in TMS, however it's now standard. But I belive you need this licence for the TANDBERG Instant Messenger.
