Hi
Do anybody have a "howto" on how to setup neighbor zones between a border controller(bc) and a video communication server(vcs)? I am having trouble getting the two to communicate, what happens is that the bc is communicating fine with the vcs but the vcs cannot transfer calls over to the bc.

do you mean how to set up a traversal zone (one on the inside of the firewall, one on the outside)?

Yes, that is what I´m looking for
Hi,
Is the traversal zone active between the TVCS Control (traversal client) and the BC (traversal server)? What protocol and h323 port are using on the TVCS Control zone configuration, i.e. I assume 1719 since this is what the BC listens on?
If the zone is active, and you still can't make calls from EPs registered on the TVCS Control to EPs registered on the BC, then I'd start looking at the logs to see exactly where and what signalling is being dropped. I'd suspect FW.
