P&C issues with vs4000

We began having issues with P&C in CP. Content will send for a while and everything will look great and then about half the sites in the call will go faulty connected with l-video sync loss and loose the content. All the endpoints are polycoms but we still have VS4000's along with V-series. I know the 4000's can only do proprietary P&C and the V-series are doing H.239. It seems to me like the MCU is having a hard time negotiating between the two. It has not been confirmed but I am guessing that the sites are going faulty either when 1) a new site comes in or 2) the end point stops and starts content. When I test in-house, sometimes I cannot recreat the issue and sometimes it will recreat itself. I cannot find a common denominator. FYI, I am running MGC 9.0, V-series 8.7, & VS 6.05.26. IP only network.

PS. I thought 6.05 was the last version for the VSFX's but polycom is still putting out new SW. The lastest is 6.05.26, it was released a couple weeks ago. It is not on the website so if you want it feel free to email me.
