Does anyone knows how to restart the Polycom Cameras without turning off and on the switch button?

Might help to know what model codec/camera you're asking about.

Change something in the LAN page. IE....add a DNS ip address....it can be bogus. But most Polycoms have a restart button.....although it is called reset...

This might be a bug : All Polycom cameras can be restarted using the following commands - Go to System (for VSX series) System Info (for EX,FX..etc) and press *911*..the system will automatically restart!

I tried this on a VSX and it didnt work.

We have some VSX 7000s' and e's here and it works perfectly.
