Our client is looking for a Senior VTC Technician with experience supporting Polycom and/or Tandberg products. They will be working within a team to support AV/Video Conference equipment throughout the entire organization. This includes equipment installation, tier 1-3 troubleshooting, meeting and conference support, and some project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of installing Polycom HD Bridges and Codecs, programming AMX Control Systems, and supporting the following products: NEC Projectors, ClearOne Audio Mixers, and Extron Video Switchers. Candidates must have a strong technical background in Video Conferencing, Video Bridging, and Codec installation and support.
