Can anybody explain exactly what "Rooms" are in TMS as opposed to Systems? I really don't get it, and the documentation on TMS is horrible. What I would really like to be able to do is have some "rooms" that used a single mobile VC unit on a cart. Then my users could select Room A as long as the mobile unit wasn't in use in Rooms C or D.

Basically Room are entities that are not managed (no control, can't make them dial etc). Systems are typically managed through the API.
