Hi folks
We have a network of around 65 Tandberg endpoints, of which 24 are 880 MXPs. All these 880s are running the latest available version of software (F6.3).
Recently we've been finding that some of them are reporting "Main Cam not Connected" when they wake from sleep mode. The only reliable way we've found to get the main camera working again is to power-cycle the endpoints, which seems a little drastic. I don't recall this being much of an issue prior to F6.3, although I can't be certain.
I was wondering if anyone else has been suffering the same problem and either found a cause or more appropriate solution for it?
