I have a CODIAN IP to ISDN GW to dial out from my network to ISDN.

I dial 00 and then the ISDN number from my H.323 endpoints and are connected with the ISDN system just fine.

I want to dial another system directly on another IP Network using the ISDN GW that they have, a TANDBERG ISDN GW.

So from a TANDBERG system connected to ISDN, I can dial:
ISDN-number-to-gateway*e164alias and it connects just fine.

I can dial the same way from a system that use a TANDBERG GW:
00isdn-number-to-gw*e164alias

But I can't get this to work when I change the TANDBERG GW to a Codian GW!!!

Does anyone know if it's possible to dial like this from a Codian GW?

Are you using TCS-4 functionn in Tandberg GW to get calls from ISDN endpoints to your interanl H.323?

Yes, I belive that this case would be using TCS-4.

So the question would be if Codian GW supports TCS-4 dialing :^)

Present codian GW box doesn't support TCS4....Hope Tandberg will add this feature in future :-)

Senthil.

TCS-4 is on the Roadmap and planned for a future release. However by using the IVR or the comprehinsive dial plan in conjuntion with DDIs you should be able to do what you what today. If you want help please drop me a pm.
