MPS800 Personal Conferences

Hi all,

I currently have 2 MPS800's one with 64 ports and the other with 48. We frequently use the personal conferences and have about 6 of them setup. We went to add a new one yesterday afternoon and the rest of them have got deleted. We now cannot even modify the last one we put in or delete. We cannot even add or re-add the ones that got deleted.

We upgraded to J4.1 still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before and if so what was the fix for.

On the 2nd MPS800 we can add, delete, or modify and it is running J3.3 software.

Sean, I believe you are working with TANDBERG support on this one? I know your particular issue is being worked on with our level 3 support in the US alongside the Canadian support team.

I know that the data about personal conferences are stored in a XML file on the MPS.

Maybe you can try to look at that file and see if there are errors within that one. It happened to me after a upgrade... I solved it with my unix-skills :)
