Today we had a call from a system utilizing 384k ISDN-BRI. the call was placed to my Tandberg Gateway and then to 2 different edge 85 units. A single T-1 feeds the gateway. there was no other traffic whatsoever on the network. I suspect it may be the ISDN PRI feeding the gateway but am not sure how to go about pinning it down.
making h.323 calls i can make them at 1100 with little to no packet loss.
the site calling in on the BRIs has been up and running for quite some time and i have never seen it have any packet loss issues.
all ports on switches and Tandberg equipment is set to 100/full.
any advice on tracing the problem?
