Hi All, I was wondering a couple of things. First I was wondering how many people our there have used the ReadiManager SE200 with much success? The product has been a nightmare to me.
My second and more important question is in regards to scheduling with the ReadiManager. We used V2.0 of the SE200 and a shared domain calendar to schedule on. That allowed multiple users to schedule conferences to one centralized calendar. After some issues with conferences disappearing Polycom told me they had no idea why this was going on and to upgrade. That was their only solution. We upgraded to 3.1. After working with Polycom to get the scheduling to work now I cannot edit conferences. They say they never tested with a shared calendar and do not support it. Polycom said I could try a public calendar but they do not support that either. Can anyone tell me if a Public calendar or shared domain calendar works to edit a conference on the SE200? You can schedule from any user you can only edit a conference if you log into the shared calendar account.
If anyone has found a fix for this that would be excellent. If you need more clarification let me know.
