I'm in need of a roster of professional, competent, and skilled AV install and AV service technicians in a number of US cities. I represent an AV Integrator with clients scattered throughout the US.
This is NOT full time employment. We are looking for sub-contractors with a variety of skill sets. Work is periodic and would be scheduled in and around your existing jobs. You must be able to schedule work during the standard Mon-Fri work week, during normal business hours. Work is contracted by the job and rates are often negotiable.
For instance:
ATLANTA: Integrated AV installer experienced in cable pulling and dressing, basic presentation system installs, and ability to take direction from on site supervisor. 1-2 weeks of work.
BALTIMORE: Immediate need for an installer who can handle a simple presentation systems installs. ("Hang'n'bang") The work would encompass 2-3 days. Must have previous expeience with referrals.
BOSTON: Experienced independent AV service technician. Must have experience with Extron MediaLink, Crestron, etc. Tandberg certification is a big plus, but not needed.
ORLANDO: Immediate need for independant, certified Tandberg video conferencing tech to assist with diagnostics and advanced replacement of system.
WASHINGTON, DC: Independent AV Service Technician. Experience with general AV and integrated installs preferred. Big pluses are Crestron, BiAMP, and Tandberg experience.
I have similar needs in cities like CHICAGO, DALLAS, PORTLAND, MIAMI, SEATTLE and many others.
Experience and/or certification in Crestron, Extron, Tandberg, Polycom VC, ClearOne, BiAmp, Christie Digital Projection, Mitsubishi Projection. All of these are HUGE pluses, but I can make use of virtually any skill level.
