Hello friends !

Could somebody suggest us about configuration the Polycom VSX 7000s? We create the conference zone with 2 endpoints. Either of the two located into two different internal (private) networks and connected to Internet (backup channel) via Cisco PIX Firewall (interface Inside). The Cisco PIX Firewall running configurations contain the NAT (ouside (routable) IP address to local (non-routable) address) rules for both Polycoms. Besides it communicate using the dedicated channel (general channel), using others routers to Internal Network.
It work succesfully through dedicated channel. At that the "NAT Configuration" parameter is "Off".
If dedicated channel is down, the videoconference must communicate through Internet channel. But it work as follows: the signalling data is transmitted through Internet successfully, but the video, audio stream try be transmitted through dedicated channel (it's unssucessful naturally).
Could you suggest us, how we can configure the Polycom's NAT settings (or may be Cisco PIX settings) correctly for videoconference work successfully both with dedicated channel and with Internet channel (backup).

Thanks !

I beg your pardon for my English! :-)

Kind regards,
Alex
