I have an old PT-600. Perhaps you can help me with my problem;
We are able to dial out to any site within our PIP perfectly…however when we try to dial outside-we connect-and the far site can see and hear us but we cannot hear or see them. The network is wide open at the moment to outside traffic-so that shouldn’t be it. Also, there are no firewall settings on the PC. Any ideas?
