searching for CapSet documentation

All,

when connecting to external devices it would sometimes helpful to have some documentation at hand for interpreting the data that are shown in the remote receive capability set.
Is there a vendor code built in like the one in MAC adresses??

Does someone have a link for further information of capset data?
