View Full Version : no incoming video VTA/Tandberg 6000

We have CallManager 6.0 and a Tandberg 6000. We have other offices that have Tandbergs as well and it all works perfect. But when a user tries to call the Tandberg unit, (we have a route pattern that points to the H.323 gateway)...the call connects and you can hear, but we get the error "no incoming video". Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Make sure you have no Encryption on

Are all endpoints running the SCCP software? If not that may be your problem.

You don't necessarily have to have the SCCP software installed to the EPs to register them to the CCM. Tandberg EPs can register to the CCM without this sw, i.e. either h323 or SIP. However, you will lose some features on the EP.

As a matter of fact, I don't believe the T6000 is supported for the SCCP protocol.

But what sw version is the T6000?
