Recently, we updated our MGC manager from version 7.5 to version 9.0. Ever since we updated we have not been able to mute the video for any on going video conferences. One member of our team kept version 7.5 for testing reasons and she also cannot mute the video. When checking the update specs we noticed that our video +8 card was not the latest version that MGC Manager 9.0 was tested on. The engineer that helped us said this would not matter though. Any help would be appreciated.
