Hi ,

We would like to know which one is sturdier and works with minimum probelms or in fact without any trouble ? We are into rental of equipments and the units will be used for external on site VC meetings using all external audio and video such as mixers , ext. cameras etc. Thanks !

From a rentals standpoint, the TANDBERG will have less exernal boxes/cables/power supplies to deal with. These are the things that typically get lost or left behind when people return the equipment.

And your solution for the VSX is...?

I don't think he was asking about the 6000MXP. So I didn't give him an answer about a 6000MXP. And if he was interested in HD, he wouldn't be looking at the VSX or the T990.

You are right Sean , I am presently not interested in HD , i wantsomething which is more realiable and sturdy as due to our outdoor events the wear and tear is going to be more !

I would definitely recommend Tandberg. Less cables, less setup headache, more control, more user-friendly. Less mechanical problems as well, if you're planning to move your staff around a lot.

Thanks Leprechaun ! I will have to just check the price and serivce now in india. I have been hearing that tandberg is very expensive here compared to polycom and the they do not have a strong service back up like polycom , thanks for your words
