Our shop recently went to VoIP. The Polycom, still on analog but now running over the PRI, won't conference call anymore. The Join button didn't work during the flash, we had to *71 but the phone would conference. The Join button still does not work, but now over the PRI conferencing doesn't work. Does anyone know how it works? Bell wants to charge us an arm and a leg and Polycom hasn't replied to my Support Ticket.
