I am getting no Video bonding on ISDN to Qatar. I am dialing our Tandberg in Qatar by ISDN from an Accord Bridge in London operated by Polycom MGC Manager. Q-Tel put the lines in for us but the bridge is showing a strange bonding sequence:

Chan # Participant Phone # MCU Phone #
1 009744980473 02031398700
2 009744980466 02031398700
3 009744980468 02031398700
4 009744980467 02031398700
5 009744980539 02031398700
6 009744980484 02031398700

...whereas I would expect 3 pairs of sequential numbers in the second column.

I am getting audio but no video - any ideas please?

Here is the participant connection data when attempting to connect from our NY Bridge at 128 kbps using H221 and 2 channels to keep things simple. Does this mean anything to anyone?

H221, 2 channels – 128kbps

The Accord not understanding the H.264 caps is probably related to them not ignoring our additional capability of RCDO (in addition to H.264) if the TANDBERG is running version F6....see this post. (http://www.vtctalk.com/showthread.php?t=26901&highlight=rcdo)

You have 2 choices -- upgrade your Accord so it works properly or disable the RCDO capability within the TANDBERG. You can find the command in that post.
