VSX8000 content unsharing problem

our VSX systems will just unshare the content while in a call with no one changing anything on the system----768K IP calls. any ideas?

A few things.

1- Is the time the content stops sharing consistent? (is it every 5 mins or totally random?).

2- Check the connections, if you are using the Image share adapter, try bypassing it.

3- Check the power settings on the laptop, if it goes to sleep you will lose the connection.

4- Try P+C IP software and see if you have the same problem.

5- I had a similiar problem like this and it ended up being an Extron vga over cat5 receiver that was dying. Make sure you check all other hardware that is connected between the laptop and the codec.

6- Make sure you are running the latest firmware.
