Understanding TMS

Could any one please provide a list of the most commom problems with TMS and how they have solved them. I am putting together a small FAQ book for our internal help desk team.

Tandberg produces a document called the TMS Admin Guide. In chapter 8 of this doc, it contains troubleshooting information that should prove helpful to your internal help desk team. The rest of the doc is good reference as well. Here's the link:

BTW, even though the title of the doc is TMS v11.7, the info contained in this doc pertains to later versions as well, e.g. latest and greatest (v11.9.1)
