can anyone dial in to me if they dont register to my BC?

If someone has a system not supported by my tandberg border controller (i do not have an external gatekeeper), is it possible for them to dial in to me? im trying to make a connection to a polycom pvx system.

Assuming your PVX has solved its own firewall issue or is not behind a firewall, call outbound to the PVX using its IP address.
