6 months ago we completed a39 site conversion from an all ISDN to all IP network. Using all Tandberg units, most (33) are 880 MXP Codecs, with TMS/ MPS 800 bridge.
With conferences of 20+ sites (systems), we have experienced severe freeze frame conditions at 10 or more sites shortly after the conferences begin. This seems to be a regular occurance at about 25% of the conferences of this size scheduled. Only noticeable factors: high FUR alerts at 10 or more sites, at least 1 ISDN site included in conference and at times, but not always... a lot of down speeding at 3 or more sites. Once this condition becomes prevalent at most sites there seems nothing we do will stop it. Excepting, move the conference to our backup Accord, MGC100 bridge. Inwhich case, all problems of that nature disapear with in a few minutes.
We are on the latest firmware releases on all equipment. Any thoughts out there?
